Niko started working at in the restaurant industry when he was 18, with his first job as a dishwasher. However, his natural talents behind the taps was quickly recognised and he was promoted rapidly over a 6 month period to Bar Manager.

He took a instant interest in craft beer & the rapidly expanding HK market, and reached out to the established and new local breweries to deepen his knowledge and understanding. He brings that wisdom to Momentai’s bar taps, carefully crafting the menu to give customers a large selection of the quality HK Brewers have to offer, as well as some overseas gems thrown into the mix!
